City of Graham’s Melody Wiggins Honored in Times-News

The City of Graham’s Recreation & Parks Director for 21 years, Melody Wiggins, will retire the end of January. Wiggins was an instrumental part in the obtaining and implementing a multi-phase project that will ultimately be the City of Graham Recreation Complex.
