Willowbrook Park – Eagle Scout Project

New Leaf Society purchased the plant material for a project by 6 Eagle Scouts that focuses on the enhancement and improvement of the entrance and creek area of Willowbrook Park. The Eagle Scout project includes removing invasive plant species along the creek and replanting native varieties of trees, adding plantings around the playground area and entrance, and repainting the bridge. The project was led by New Leaf Society’s Technical Committee Member, Jeff Parsons.
